Dr Naz Syed Noh is a Melbourne-based specialist in obstetrics, gynaecology and fertility medicine, including IVF. He is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centred care across the full reproductive journey, from fertility planning through pregnancy and gynaecological health.
Education & Training
Dr Naz completed his medical degree at Monash University in 2007, and later entered specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology under the Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists in 2013, training through Monash Health and Eastern Health networks. He achieved Fellowship status (FRANZCOG) in the specialty in 2019, with a particular interest in minimally invasive laparoscopic gynaecological surgery.
He also serves in public hospital roles (for example at Dandenong Hospital) and contributes to teaching of medical students at Monash University.
Clinical Interests & Expertise
Dr Naz’s practice spans fertility medicine, gynaecology, and obstetrics. His key areas of interest and expertise include:
He embraces an individualised approach – recognising that each patient’s reproductive journey is unique, and tailoring care and management accordingly.
He is also proficient in multiple languages, fluent in Malay and conversant in Indonesian, which helps him provide culturally sensitive care to a broader patient base.
Philosophy & Approach
Dr Naz places strong emphasis on communication, shared decision-making and empathy. He is committed to ensuring patients understand their options, feel supported, and are empowered to participate actively in their care plans.
He strives to deliver safe, evidence-based, and up-to-date care, combining technological advances in fertility and minimally invasive surgery with a compassionate clinical manner.
